Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CyberPlayLabs’ website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or site.

1. Services & Deliverables
CyberPlayLabs provides digital creative services as outlined in our Service pages. Project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals agreed upon by both parties.

2. Fees & Payment

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due upon project initiation.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or in milestones as outlined in the SOW.
• Late payments beyond 15 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

3. Revisions & Approvals
Clients are entitled to the number of revisions specified in their project proposal. Additional changes beyond the agreed revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive exclusive rights to final deliverables.
• CyberPlayLabs retains the right to feature project work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information shared during the engagement confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

6. Warranty & Liability

• CyberPlayLabs warrants that deliverables will conform to the specifications outlined in the SOW.
• Except as expressly provided, all services are provided “as is,” and CyberPlayLabs disclaims all other warranties.
• Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Changes to Terms
CyberPlayLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
